When compared to peanuts, the articles suggests to “make a mess with pistachios instead” while watching your favorite teams, because you get more bang for your buck nutritionally and there are more nuts per serving. “For the same sized serving, pistachios have less calories, fat and saturated fat, are a good source of protein and fiber, and give you more nuts per serving – about 49 – compared to just 28 peanuts. That’s a big difference that will help fill you up, not out. A win win.”
